The complex analysis of outcomes of registration of low frequency noise emissions, variations intensity of flows miscellaneous energies electrons and temperature of ambient satellite plasma registered simultaneously onboard a low-altitude satellite "Intercosmos 19" is executed. The data are obtained in southern hemisphere above Antarctic Continent. By comparison of structural zones of lithosphere and measurements results of satellite parameters is established, that the variations of intensity of low frequency noise above deep faults are similarity to variation one above faults of Barents-Kara seas in northern hemisphere. The compare of lithosphere structure zones with observed datas of low energy (Ee approx 50 eV) and flows of middle energy (Ee >= 40 keV and Ee >= 100 keV) electrons above faults Antarctic Continent has shown following. The tectonic borders (limit) of building blocks, introduced faults, find the reflection as well in bursts of miscellaneous energies electrons. The set (combination) of outcomes of our researches has demonstrated response of an ionosphere to slow geodynamic processes flowing past in lithosphere.
