New Non Nucleoside Inhibitors of HIV1 Reverse Transcriptase

摘要

We have prepared a series of non nucleoside Reverse Transcriptase inhibitors. Many of these compounds are highly potent antiviral agents. Reactive chemical functionnality present in one of them makes it display an inhibitor showing irreversible characteristics.
