摘要

In Japan, many people have the prejudice against HIV/AIDS. Therefore we have to get rid of the prejudice and discrimination against PWA/H and people who have anxiety for infection. I present the attempts of Japanese HIV/AIDS NGOs for talking HIV/AIDS without elimination of them. I took interviews and participatory observing of "Tohoku HIV Communications (THC)" from a sociological standpoint. THC prepares for workshops as safety space where participants present their images and thoughts of HIV/AIDS at ease. It has offered the opportunities that the participants could construct the identity as conscience adherents/constituents. Thus it could reach the stage where we avoid the PWA/H-centrism and the paternalism.
