What are certified scientific findings in HRT? Shall we proceed?

During the last 3 years, especially in the last year following the publication of Women's Health Initiative, WHI, many papers reported the ineffectiveness or risk of side effects of hormone replacement therapy (HRT), which is the opposite of previous papers. I have, categorized my topic into four parts: (1) megaclinical studies such as PEPI, Nurse's Health Study (NHS), HERS and WHI, (2) the effect of HRT on ischemic cardiovascular disease, (3) the effect of HRT on breast cancer, and (4) the effect of HRT on other disorders such as dementi,quality of life (QOL) and diabetes Conclusion: Usual HRT using premalin and medroxyprogesterone is not recommended in general (for Asians).
