PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery certifying system capable of easily and quickly certifying a delivery to a delivery client.;SOLUTION: When client entered data corresponding to contents entered in paper printed with a predetermined dot pattern, acquired by an electronic pen and sent from a terminal device via a network is received, the client entered data is registered in a database. When addressee entered data corresponding to contents entered in the paper by an addressee is acquired by the electronic pen and received from the terminal device, the client entered data corresponding to the addressee entered data is extracted from the database. A notifying method to the delivery client is specified on the basis of the extracted client entered data, and information for certifying that a delivery object has been delivered to the addressee is notified to the delivery client on the basis of the specified notifying method.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
