摘要

This paper presents a modal exciting method which is of great use for heavy-duty complex machine, such as boom caterpillar road heading machine. Powerful random excitation is applied to tested machine at its appropriate point using electro-hydraulic servo exciter to obtain accurate estimation of frequency response functions(FRF). A test method is proposed. It can reduce or eliminate FRF estimation errors that due to following factors: structural nonlinearities; force measurement problems; interaction between exciter and tested article; inappropriate exciting point location. etc. Boom road heading machines are considered approximately to be system with a finite number of degrees of freedom. System parameters are estimation from FRFs. Author have proposed system dynamics modification scheme.
