This paper describes the consequence of the system of Enterprise resource planning (ERP) in improving postal industry as third party logistics(3PL). ERP is an innovative system that is becoming integral to modern service industries. Now it is swiftly becoming part of postal operations. Postal industry should take what step and countermeasure when they are going to carry out ERP.
