摘要

The interaction between near-ship flow, ship waves and currents on inland waterways is investigated by model experiments and numerical simulations. The approved computer code BEShiWa based on Boussinesq-type equations is extended to account for current effects. The experiments are simulated using the extended Boussi-nesq equations. Additional simulations are performed using finite volume methods based on Euler- and Na-vier-Stokes-equations.
