AN OBJECT-ORIENTED APPROACH IN DEVELOPMENT OF ON-LINE EVALUATION SYSTEMS FOR EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Educational institutions (universities, colleges, schools, etc.) are organizations characterized by many areas of human activity. There are teaching and learning processes, faculty and department life, scientific research, social life, financial support, health care and many, many others. Timely analysis and evaluation of some of the key areas of a real institution's life is extremely important if the benefits to be derived from continuing improvements in technologies are to be maximized. This paper presents an approach, which allows evaluations of any area of the educational institution to be done On-line using Internet/ Intranet and Object-Oriented Technologies.
