TRANSFERRING E-LEARNING SKILLS BETWEEN EUROPE AND CHINA: THE TELEPATH APPROACH

摘要

The Telepath action aims to promote and strengthen the e-learning infrastructure in China, by transferring key ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) skills from Europe into Asia. By linking three well respected universities in China, Portugal and the UK it is planned to develop a cluster of e-learning courses at post-graduate level in an innovative organizational methodology that addresses virtual mobility.
