Elcctroreductivc One-pot Double Carboalkoxylation with N-Carboalkoxyimidazole

摘要

One-pot vicinal double C-carboalkoxylation of styrene derivatives by eleclroreduction using an undivided cell equipped with Zn-plate as the anode and (he cathode to afford the corresponding phenylsuceinic acid esters in good yields. On contrast, double C-carboalkoxylaled products were obtained in good yields through one-pot geminal double C-carboalkoxylation of aromatic imine derivatives by eleclrororeduclion under the similar conditions.
