Theoretical and experimental aspects of the radial run-out for the main machine-tool spindle

摘要

This paper presents theoretical and experimental results regarding the evolution of the radial run-out of the main machine-tools spindles. Some results regarding the precision of the rotary motion are also presented. The results are based on the model of a general articulated plane mechanism. For measurements, an original computed aided device was used.
