Quality, cost and response time is the three dimensions of strategy orientation, the key factors of affecting operation effectiveness and the important aspects of six sigma management. The thesis expatiates on strategy orientation, operation effectiveness, six sigma management and their relations and explains how to utilize six sigma management to select and design the products and process after strategy orientation and how to utilize six sigma management to enhance the operation effectiveness.
