An intelligent system for dynamic online TV programming allocation from TV Internet broadcasting

Over the last few years advances in computer and communications technology have led to information convergence and a natural evolution to information on demand. However, currently the Internet contains plenty of data to the point that we are also reaching undesirable information saturation. In this paper we present an intelligent system, based on a Fuzzy Inference System, for intelligent and dynamic online TV programming allocation from TV Internet broadcasting, to mitigate information saturation and facilitate information on demand.
