摘要

The influence of ethyl acetate as extractant, and benzene, toluene, cyclohexane, n-heptane and methyl n-propyl ketone as diluents, were investigated on the extraction 1,2-cyclohexandiol in aqueous phase. It was investigated that influence of AlCl3, Na2C2O4, NaCl, KCl, NaAc as salt-out materials on extracting 1,2-cyclohexandediol in extraction system of both ethyl acetate and butyl acetate. The results show that influence of salting-out materials on the extractive process exist two different factors. The first factor is hydrolytic reaction of extracts in the salt-out materials, which can decrease the extracting action of 1,2-cyclohexanediol. Another is the salt-out action of which can make the distribution ratios of 1,2-cyclohaxanediol increase in the extracting process. Meanwhile relationships between distribution ratios of 1,2-cyclohaxanediol and concentration of salting-out effect were set up.
