反应水相中1,2-环己二醇的萃取分离

     

摘要

针对双氧水氧化环己烯合成环氧环己烷的反应液水相中含有质量分数为3%左右的1,2-环己二醇,采用萃取法对反应液水相中的1,2-环己二醇进行了分离研究.通过实验对比了几种萃取溶剂,筛选出正丁醇为最佳萃取剂,并对其萃取工艺条件进行了优化.结果表明:在常温,萃取剂和水相的体积比为0.5∶1,振荡强度为130r/min,萃取时间为20min,静置时间为60min的条件下,两次萃取后1,2-环己二醇萃取率达到97.55%.%The aqueous phase solution of the synthesis of epoxy cyclohexane by oxidation cyclohexene with hydrogen peroxide contained about 3% 1,2-cyclohexanediol by mass. The separation of 1,2-cyclohexanediol from the aqueous solution by extraction was investigated. Several extraction solvents were compared by experiments, and n-butanol was chosen as the best extractant. Further, the conditions of the extraction process were optimized. The results showed that, at normal temperature, volume ratio of n-butanol to water of 0.5:1, oscillation strength of 130 r/min, extraction time of 20 min, and quiescent standing time of 60min, the extraction rate of 1,2-cyclohexanediol could reach 97.55% after two extractions.
