摘要

The influence of the porosity of the structure on the wave-induced seepage force on the bottom of porous vertical circular cylinder resting on porous elastic seabed in two layer ocean has been investigated. Under the assumptions of potential flow and linear wave theory, the analytical solutions to seepage pressure fields caused by surface wave and inner wave are respectively given by the eigenfunction expansion approach. Numerical results show that the porosity of the structure may lead to a reduction both in the horizontal wave forces and in the wave induced seepage forces, especially, leading to a significant reduction in the inner wave-induced moment.
