摘要

Mixed metal oxide coated titanium anodes have been widely used in the electrochemical industry. It is of great importance to understand the degradation of the anodes for the improvement of the anode performance. In this paper, the degradation of mixed metal oxide anode with RuO_2 or IrO_2 as catalyst has been studied using SEM and electrochemical techniques during the accelerated life test. The causes for the degradation of the mixed metal oxide anode and the possible measures to extend the service life of the anode have been discussed.
