摘要

CRM is a kind of management thought, and it is a management software and technology too. It makes enterprises have a front tool based on facing the customer under the e-commerce environment. With the aid of CRM, Enterprises can realize the transformation that is from the traditional enterprise's mode to modern enterprise's mode on the foundation of e-commerce. This paper analyses and summarizes the characters of CRM under the e-commerce environment, put forward thought and tactics of implementing CRM, structure the enterprise CRM systematic data mining models. According to different character of enterprises and environment, the enterprises must design measure and scheme in the process of implementing CRM. Because CRM is still a new field and there is no unified understanding. I hope that the views proposed in this paper can stimulate the attention from experts and scholars, and offer strong support for enterprises to build on.
