摘要

The new photoelectric non-contact displacement instrument developed features simple structure, low manufacturing cost and high accuracy, and its resolution can achieve 0.1 μm. The instrument consists of photoelectric detecting system, measuring amplification circuit and single chip microcomputer system. Semiconductor laser is used as optical source. The instrument uses one photoelectric cell to acquire displacement signal, and another photoelectric cell is used to gain the reference signal to eliminate the ratio error, which is caused by change in the light intensity of the semiconductor laser. The single chip microcomputer system can perform data acquisition, data processing, display, keyboard replying and communication.
