Scalable Coded Domain Low-level Visual Feature Extraction

摘要

Mapping of low level visual descriptors into content scale-quality spaces is vital in CBIR using scalable coded images. A new scalable domain feature extraction is presented. It outperforms MPEG-7 visual descriptors.
