Microcomputer Speed Control System of Hydraulic Hoist Based on Electro-hydraulic Proportion Technique

Owing to the large dead area of pressure reducing valve and the friction of the proportional cylinder, the conventional hydraulic anti-explosive hoist must be improved in many aspects such as the control of the velocity is not accuracy, the operating is not flexible, the lifted velocity is out of proportion with the angle of oscillation and the automatic control level of the system is lower. In this paper, a new style of speed control system, electro-hydraulic proportion microcomputer speed control system is introduced in order to control the speed of hydraulic anti-explosive hoist automatically. On the basis of former system, it adds electro-hydraulic proportional valve and proportional control amplifier and microcomputer control system, and uses close loop control and PID control algorithm to ensure quick reaction and good control precision, and the I/O circuit and control software for it have been designed. The results of simulation experiment show effectiveness of the system.
