摘要

^7fA long term study upon an optical fibre underground railway track cable routing has been executed. With respect to investment safe broadband cable networks for big city areas existing metro networks can ideally take over economically optical fibre networks for future transmission systems. This project has been investigated via a time period of more than 2 years. It can be emphasized that in spite of permanent vibrations and temperature variations no practical deterioration of fibre attenuation has been detected. The knowledge due to installation of such turn-key-cabling using special track cables and components has been achieved.
