摘要

Zerovalent ruthenium complexes with a water molecule,which has a chirality on the oxygen atom induced by the coordination to the metal and two hydrogen bonds,were successfully synthesized and characterized.In solid-state,the chiral structures were confirmed by X-ray crystallography for both enantiomers.On the other hand,dynamic behavior of the water ligand in solution measured by variable temperature ~1H NMR analysis indicated that the rotation of the water ligand is gradually slowed down by cooling down.The binding mode of water can be regarded as an obvious model of the active site of nucleophiles in hydrolases.
