Highly Enantioselective Diels-Alder Reactions of Danishefsky's-type Dienes with Electron-Deficient Alkenes Catalyzed by Yb(III)-BINAMIDE Complexes

摘要

l-Methoxy-3-trimethylsiloxy-l,3-butadiene (Danishefsky's diene) la was first introduced by Danishefsky and Kitahara in 1974.This diene shows great advantages in organic synthesis because of its high reactivity in Diels-Alder (DA) reactions with electron-deficient dienophiles.Furthermore,the products,highly functionalized cyclohexenes,can be converted to substituted cyclohexenones by mild acid treatment.
