Introduction and Aim: Tendon and ligament injuries are regarded one of the clinical problems in man and animals, Even so as non-invasive physical therapy having the least local side-effect, and have been used for reducing acute or even chronic pain, but application and mechanism of effect of acupuncture for treatment and healing of tendinous injuries is quite controversial, which need to be studied in experimental model.
