This paper is concerned on possibility of determination the basic plasma parameters such as temperature and electron density in plasmas by using advanced numerical procedure for deconvolution of theoretical asymmetric convolution integral of a Gaussian and a plasma broadened spectral line profile j_(A,R)(lambda) for spectral lines. Special attention was dedicated to reliability of obtained parameters and theirs verification in cases when there is possibility of presence other broadened mechanisms which have not been included in standard theory of spectral lines shapes modeling in plasmas. This is of great interest especially for plasma modeling and diagnostics when other diagnostical techniques are not possible, like in astrophysical plasmas.
