Geiger Mode APD Array Tech Transfer and Terrain Mapping DataCollection

摘要

Spectrolab, MIT-LL, and Boeing-SVS, Inc. have successfully completed a technology transfer of 1.064 nm, 32×32 GmAPD detectors. Multiple packaged GmAPD array heads have been built and delivered and will be integrated with ongoing activities. Future opportunities for growth in this area involve future collaborative efforts with MIT/LL to transfer 32×128 GmAPD arrays, 1.5 micron GmAPD arrays and advanced ROIC designs.
