Finite Dead-Time Geiger-Mode APD Performance

In this paper, expressions for the nth event PDF or mean response function were derived. This was used to determine the probability that the GAPD is active, which in turn led to a recursive theory of the SPDE. Linear SNR theory was shown to be valid when the device is not saturated (m_s 1).
