Technology for Water-fuel (water in oil type) Emulsion Preparation for Boilers of Heat Generating Installations

Introduction: The proposed and effectively used in Russia technology is intended to: (1) increase efficiency of burning petroleum and heavy oil (mazut) emulsions, (2) to use commercial, recycled water for emulsion preparation, and (3) to lower the amount of harmful exhausts released into atmosphere by use of special fuel dispenser machine. Area of this technology application: heat generating installations working on liquid fuel as main, stand-by or emergency generators.
