The forward flow generated near the contact surface in the rolling disks in high loading is numerically approached to study from the points of view of the kinematics and the mechanics by using FE analysis. Beginning with the fundamental study on the behavior of the contact surface of the disk, the influence of the deviation of the center position of the disk on the plastic flow is researched. That is, the behavior of the material near the contact surface is analyzed and the elastic-plastic deformation in the disk is studied by using the plastic deformation law and the stress distributions. Finally, the followings are found: the deviatoric plastic flow cannot be generated in the case that two disks are located just on the centerline, but it may be generated a little in the case that the disk centers are deviated normal to the center line by δ.
