The hinge has two axially contacting sealing bushes (17, 27) that act against each other. A contact surface (22) is formed between the bushes and realizes the function of hinge in a transition between a non-rotating part and a rotating part. Each bush has a flange that sustains axially with reduced diameter into a sleeve lug. A plastic axial sealing ring (40) is arranged in an area of the contact surface and forms the contact surface between the bushes by an axial front surface. The contact surface is made of a hard metal material such as stainless steel, chromed metal or tungsten carbide.
