The article describes a new approach for the 3D vibration measurement accuracy improvement for systems with triaxial piezoelectric transducers by means of special channel cross-connections in a coupling preamplifier and modifications in the transducer's sensitive system. It outlines the new principles of the transducer's mechanical construction and mathematical fundamentals of signal transformations in the "transducer-electrical conditioner' system. As a result, the equivalent transversal sensitivity of such "integrated transducer" is reduced to a values of 0.1% and less compared to a normal values of about 1 to 5% for conventional triaxial transducers of leading world manufacturers. Besides, with this approach it becomes possible to measure vibration exactly at the point of interest due to the specific feature of the proposed transducer's sensitive system construction. It is also shown that the described method has opened the way to create a new technology of restoring by means of electrical recalibration of 3D transducers deteriorated with time or as a result of an accident, offering the user a new service for prolonging his transducers' life instead of their replacement. The results of this research may find application in creating the extreme accuracy metrological 3D calibration systems as well.
