The report gives the algorithm and results of habitability conditions research of the engineering structures vibration characteristics in the areas of personnel location. The analysis was performed for the accommodation and working premises of the stationary marine oil production platform. Within the framework of the research the quantitative and qualitative estimation of the vibration characteristics in the areas of personnel location has been performed. The conformity of the predicted levels to the normative requirements has been checked. The calculation part of the research was performed on the basis of the finite element method using "ANSYS" software complex. The low frequencies and configurations of the structure oscillations have been estimated. The levels of the forced vibration of the structure being excited by several sources with different spectrum characteristics simultaneously have been predicted. On the basis of the analysis results the conformity of the engineering solutions adopted for the platform design to the selected habitability requirements with respect to vibration has been revealed.
