Four Patterns of Change Implemented under the Pressure of ISO Quality Certification

摘要

This study examines the four patterns of change, "active change", "displayed change", "embedded change" and ''passive change", of the electric and electronics companies in the 1990's in Taiwan in facing the pressure of ISO certification based on the different strategic goals of implementing ISO and ISO acquisition methods of those companies.
