In this article, MATLAB, mathematical software, is used to analyze the discrete signal data. First, by an interacting system software VB design user interface and by an mixing programming of VB and MATLAB language, the data signal and the given parameter collected by VB are realized to hand to MATLAB. And then, the program of MATLAB is transferred to the image of VB. Practical methods are introduced to solve the ordinary problems. In the end, a simple signal analysis system is designed on the basis of wave transfer.
