Program-controlled and Voltage-stabilized Power Supply Applied to Military ATE

摘要

Power sub-system is one most important part of military ATE. It can support any kind of power supply for the UUT of all equip that could be test by the military ATE, and this sub-system also has some functions such as: self-test, program control, protection of over voltage and current and data-retracing. This paper mainly introduces the basic structures, working principle and technique features of the program-controlled voltage-stabilized power supply is self-manufactured. And it explains the solutions of the technical problems such as: the design of power amplifier, the design of feed back circuit, and anti-interference methods.
