The development in distant education has put forward the higher requirement to Web courseware and the teaching content in Web courseware should be adjusted according to the students' study level. This requires teachers to make high level and high quality courseware more quickly, however it is not easy to make an excellent courseware. A method of courseware -making model on the basic of resources sharing has been put forward in order to solve the problem of courseware-making in the course of teaching.
