With improvement of interventional cardiology and cardiac surgery patient survival rate and age has increased therefore endstage CAD patients (pis.) with no interventional options look for new therapeutic options. In this phasel study we evaluated safety and efficacy of Cardiac shock wave therapy (CSWT) in pts. with endstage CAD.
