A PREDICTIVE APPROACH TO FORMATION KEEPING FOR CONSTELLATIONS OF SMALL SPACECRAFT IN ELLIPTIC ORBITS

摘要

The problem of orbit control for a small spacecraft is analysed and a solution based on predictive control is proposed. In particular, it is shown how using a predictive approach one can take into account constraints on the control inputs, integral action for accurate steady state performance, both in the case of circular and elliptical orbits.
