Development and Realization of Client Relationship Management System

Based on the development tool of Visual Basic 6.0 and the data bank of Access, this client relationship management software has been designed. With the realization of such functions as management of clients and business, offering of supplier information and business, offering of supplier information and the preservation of data, the software is capable of supplying timely and exact information on new or old clients, clients-related personnel and company goods resources. Equipped with this software, both traditional and newly-established enterprises will see an improvement in their competitiveness and sales.
