Proving of Equipment Testability

摘要

The proving of equipment testability aims to evaluate whether the design of testability meets the requirement. The main proving contents include: the ability of the system to check the mistakes, trouble inspection and isolating ability of BIT and ATE, whether the trouble inspection and isolating time meet the requirements and whether the false alarm rate is up to the mustard, etc. This paper discusses the measures and methods of validating of equipment testability such as the method in cooperation with the proving test of maintenance ability, that in cooperation with the appraisal test of reliability and that in cooperation with performance and operational test of application.
