PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prove that information that a certain information user has browsed through a network is the information provided by a certain information provider.;SOLUTION: At the time of receiving an information acquisition request (a URL) from information utilizing terminal equipment 100, an information presence proving processor 200 acquires the information corresponding to the URL, returns it to the information utilizing terminal equipment 100, and temporarily keeps all the access information (the browsing time, the URL and contents) itself at the time. Also, at the time of receiving a present information registration request (the browsing time and the URL) from the information utilizing terminal equipment 100, it generates a hash value from the access information, strings it to the browsing time and the URL and registers it.
