The paper is dedicated to the questions about clinical use of magnetocardiographic (MCG) systems for diagnostics of heart diseases. The problem of reliable diagnosis is especially important for early diagnostics of ischemia heart disease and ventricular arrhythmias. The way of increasing efficiency and reliability of MCG data signal processing is proposed. The methods of spatial-spectral approach, wavelet transform, matched filtering, complex spatial-temporal approach are examined. The results of modeling and experimental studies are also presented.
