We solved the gravity effects of CZ method by optimization of temperature distribution of chamber and growth conditions. SBR of our crystal is very low even at as-grown state because of no restraint from the crucible, so it is easy to cut without cleavage. Crystal orientation is selective and precise with both <111> and <100>. SBR (after annealing) of <111> crystal has attained the F2 requirements (<0.2nm/cm). For <100>, it will be cleared in near future. We believe that our CZ process has a very high throughput. We are sure that we will supply the lens blanks with high stability.
