Methane Partial Oxidation over Ni/CeO_2-ZrO_2 Mixed Oxide Solid Solution Catalysts

It might be concluded that the 5 %Ni/Ce_(0.75)Zr_(0.25)O_2 catalysts prepared by impregnation method showed the best activity for catalytic partial oxidation of methane. The catalyst showed good stability and only little carbon deposition found on the catalyst after prolonged reaction time at 750°C.
