摘要

In this paper the nonlinear inverse scattering problem for the determination of the mass density of an elastic inclusion is recast as an optimization problem. Three fully nonlinear iterative algorithms which have been proven to be effective for the electromagnetic and acoustic case, are applied to a more complicated elastody-namic wave inversion. Finally with the use of synthetic examples advantages and disadvantages of these three iterative inversion methods are presented.
