Universal technology for numerical solution of quasi-linear sets of hyperbolic equations using parallel computations is presented. Unified formalized methodic, which includes a wide range of numerical methods as a special case, is proposed. The architectural, algorithmic and technical aspects of the implementation framework are studied. The results of the modeling of atmosphere flows in several problems (2D and 3D) are shown: lifting of the termic and development of large-scale fire in atmosphere.
