The Yellow River is an important water resources in northwest and north China regions. Particularly, with the rapid increase of basin s economy and fast development of industries, the nasty water quantity and the pollutant' s category drained into the Yellow River have increased notably, resulting in continuous worsening of the Yellow River water quality, lowering and losing the water function.
