Presented is an eco-friendly method for naturally purifying polluted river water. A water treating device (2000) is composed of: a pumping device (8001) pumping up intake water or river water; a discharge pipe (8000) and an intake pipe (8002) joined to the pumping device (8001) (The discharge pipe can be formed into various shapes such as a circular shape or a hexagonal shape, or a rectangular, or an oblong shape. The discharge pipe is shown as a reversed L-shape for conveniences sake, however, the shape can be changed into a linear or a curved form); multiple Bernoulli generators (850) formed inside the discharge pipe (8000); an air intake pipe (860) joined to the Bernoulli generator (850); and an outlet (8003) formed in an end of the discharge pipe (8000). The eco-friendly method for naturally purifying polluted river water is capable of naturally purifying the polluted water or polluted seawater with a water purifying action generated when air forcibly flowing through the air intake pipe (860) joined to the Bernoulli generators (850) by the Bernoulli action naturally generated by receiving the water or seawater through the intake pipe (8002) equipped in the pumping device (8001), pumping the water or the seawater with the pumping device (8001) to the discharge pipe (8000), and discharging the water or seawater through the outlet (8003).
